To All Fighters And Instructors

Please have entry form completed and returned by post or email as soon as possible to ensure you are matched with a suitable opponent. Fighters will be matched according to weight, experience and grade.

This competition is open to all martial artists, boxers and wrestlers, wishing to test their skills with safe rules in a 20ft Octagon.

This event will be held on Saturday 18/09/2010 at Rainton Meadows Arena, Rainton Business Park, Mercantile Road, Houghton-Le-Spring. Tyne & Wear DH4 5PH.

Directions: Follow the A1, take Junction 62 follow road sign A690 to Sunderland & Durham, at the round about take 3rd exit follow signs A690 to Sunderland for about 4 miles, follow signs for Rainton Bridge / Rainton Meadows on the same sign Fence Houses B1284, first Roundabout take 3rd exit, then first right into Rainton Meadows Arena.

All fighters must attend Rainton Meadows Arena. By 4.00pm prompt for a medical and pre-fight instructions. Fighters must also have correct attire such as gum shield, Groin guard, and gloves.

The doors will be open to the public at 6.00pm and the first fight will start at 7.30pm. Fights will be in order of Light to Heavyweight, Amateur , Semi-Pro, then Pro bouts. Fighters will be informed by telephone who their opponent is, if you would like to play your own fight music please bring a CD.

Please check your weight, if you are more than one KG out your opponent may refuse to fight.
